The pictures below show the current situation in demolition phase.
After all this demolition work is done, there will be framing and drywall work estimated to start in Feb. Meanwhile, we are waiting for the appliances to arrive on site too. 本日は、今週からスタートしたリノベーションの近況アップデートをしたいと思います！
上記の写真の通り、現在は解体工事が行われている最中でございます。
その後来月からはフレーミングがドライウォール施工へと流れていきます。
同時に設備機器や商品の到着も待っており、到着次第順番に施工へと取り掛かります。
サッシや床材、建具、バスルームの設備などのリノベーションで、完成がとても楽しみです！
